Really quick and snappy ORECCHIETTE with BROCCOLI recipe, inspired by the fabulous Gennaro Contaldo:
1. Get that pot going and blanch your broccoli right in the orecchiette water—quick and clever! 2. Heat up some olive oil in a skillet and melt those anchovies until they’re delightfully fragrant. 3. Spice it up with chili, garlic, salt, and pepper—let those flavors sing! 4. Toss in your chopped broccoli, mix it with the orecchiette, top with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan, and boom—you’ve nailed it!
