1. Grab a skillet with a thick bottom and heat it to a medium temp.
2. Toss in about 50 grams of guanciale to melt the fat down and crisp it up to a golden perfection.
3. Throw in some garlic and chili pepper, spice it up as you like!
4. On a separate pan, scorch some bell peppers slathered in olive oil till the skin darkens.
5. Once they get soft, chop ’em up into cubes and mix ’em into the guanciale with that lovely garlic, olive, and chili blend.
6. Lastly, slice up some tomatoes and parsley stalks, straight from under the pasta. And that’s the story!
