  • Made too much ciopino this week so having that base plus a can of sardines. Today it's Sardinha lightly smoked. Usually have a soup.
  • Kimchi. Fermented food is awesome for you, the bacteria process the carbs in the same way they do in the lower gut.   • Sundried tomato. Because it's yummy.
  • Roasted peppers. Usually have a raw pepper or two to get my raw veg portion for the day but need to use up this jar.
  • Seeded flatbread. Crunchy, yummy and carbs.
