De La Viuda is one of the better verde hot sauces I’ve ever had. If you like that jalapeno lime flavor.

If you like a vinegar based hot sauce, the Red Clay Hot is super good! The classic version is super tasty but not very much kick. The hot version is perfect.

Where are all these small local stores with a hot sauce wall? I must be going to the wrong places.

I recommend the A-1

Melinda’s ghost pepper sauce and ghost pepper wing sauce both slap. Also, I could drink me some Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce 🤸

I’m interested in that Vermont Maple.

If that’s the extra hot version of Firelli’s I can’t recommend it enough. One of my go-to’s for pizza, pasta, basically anything with red sauce. The porcini and balsamic pair really well with it.
The regular isn’t so good though. No heat at all. They need to make the extra the default and make a hotter sauce than that because the extra isn’t very hot either, just flavorful.

I love Capital City sweet hot Mambo sauce

Yellowbird habanero and serrano are both top notch, IMO!

I’d be looking at the red clay Carolina. Never seen that one.

It’s been awhile since I had it but I really liked that Wing Time sauce near the bottom. I’m not sure how it would hold up now to some of the other ones I’ve had since

Viuda green hot sauce, it’s poblano based so it has plenty of flavor and not just heat.

Also, Cholula Chipotle is super flavorful if you’re not in the mood for an actual hot sauce.

I don’t see it on the shelf but Walkerswood Jamaican Firestick Pepper sauce is the absolute perfect blend of sweet & spicy
The sweetness is somewhat temporary as you will mainly notice it when you first taste the sauce but it’s spicy enough to make you cough your lungs out if you’re not careful with how you use it
Disclaimer: If ‘mild’ hot sauce is spicy to you , avoid this bc you will not notice anything sweet at all from this sauce
