I have a huge uncured ham that I would like to get out of my freezer. I know of Habitant Soup by Bernardin. Any other safe recipes? Can I use it for this recipe from healthy canning since it is not cured? https://www.healthycanning.com/canning-pork
Also does the size of the cubes matter? I have a fondness for the cafeteria style Mac n cheese that has the little cubes of ham in it and I would like to do that size if possible.
