  1. Recipe:

    * sautee shallots & garlic in oil & butter, chili flakes
    * sautee broken up fennel sausage
    & add mushrooms
    * add heavy cream, sriracha, reduce
    * add pasta, pasta water & stir, stir, stir until glossy
    * finish with jalapeno cream cheese
    * plate and finish with cracked black and grated parm
