store-bought fusilli cooked to softness then fried on butter till a bit crispy, together with slab bacon cut into flat squares. Add a handful of grated semi-hard cheese and 10% cream so it covers the bottom of the pan. Stir until it's absorbed and well mixed with cheese, add some ground black pepper for taste. On the plate top up with some tasty hard cheese and green onions for fun

    I’m thinking you could probably use the oils from the slab bacon to brown the pasta next time save a bit of butter.
