Excellent, mildly spicy pepper cheese: Washington State University Natural Viking Hot Pepper

Cracked open our can of WSU Creamery Hot Pepper Natural Viking cheese a few days ago. This is an excellent pepper jack style cheese with just a little spice. Very creamy and smooth. Highly recommend!
