Not sure if I’d classify this as fine dining but I guess it could be. Uchiba is the slightly more casual alternative to Uchi, a high-end sushi chain born in Austin, TX. Uchiba offers many of the classic dishes from uchi (most of the dishes pictured) + a selection of skewers, bao buns, and dumplings.
hama chili – yellowtail, ponzu, thai chili, orange supreme
hirame usuzukuri – thinly sliced flounder, candied quinoa, olive oil
N/A cocktails – citrus cooler with rosemary, lemon, and yuzu, and a blueberry lemonade with blueberry, lemon, and honey
madai crudo – japanese sea bream, asian pear, yuzu kosho, myoga
akami crudo – tuna loin, cucumber, wakame salsa macha
kinoko skewer – portabella, broccolini pesto, brown butter
7-8. hot rock – australian wagyu beef
9-10. fried milk – vanilla custard, salted fudge, toasted blondie

Your pictures are really well taken. Great! 😀
The Uchi restaurant family is a gift to this country in japanese fusion dining.
