Every dish was excellent. The Rice and Flesh was not the oxtail one but a combination of eel, chicken feet and sweetbread – very interesting journey each mouthful. Nitrogen icecream is off menu and offered at the end, would advise as the nitrogen melts uniformly and gives it a different experience than standard ones. Gentleman’s relish on the trout was excellent. Salamagundy got high praise. Green sauce on the halibut was highly rated, umami pure herb. Best dish was the Tipsy cake imo vs the Brown bread icecream (the icecream itself is bitter and malty but the base has sweet toffee).
Overall, a very nice experience and can see the praise it gets here!
