I'm not sure if these types of products are allowed but thought I would share as I haven't seen it mentioned before. Typically a Middle East sauce made with fermented anchovies and spices (fennel, cumin being the main ones).

Normally eaten fried on our local flatbreada (Khubz) and then fried eggs. Goes great as dip for fries and I like it mixed into mayo for sandwiches etc. Salty, fishy (in the best way) so great over roast vegetables.

It is fermented so you need to let the gas out before shaking it to serve.

  1. I want this sauce – post saved. I have many ME/MED markets in the metroplex to look for this sauce in.

What country was it made in? Thanks
