Messy plating, but salad for lunch with hot smoked salmon, white beans, arugula, fennel, cherry tomato, carrots, peppers, and crispy quinoa. Half of these ingredients are hiding after getting a toss. 3 forms of protein and lots of veggies here.

I used cooked quinoa, with a little added salt and olive oil, and air-fried for about 12 minutes at 350. They got a stir in the middle and added a nice crunch to my salad. ๐Ÿ˜‹

    I don’t love Normal quinoa. But do love some crispy quinoa. Did you put aluminum foil or parchment down first before air frying?.
