    I made a copycat recipe, too! Turned out delicious!

    Forming bread into nice rolls is a bit of a knack. Thankfully the misshapen ones still taste great while you practice, and an excuse to make more to practice more.

    But how do they taste. If they taste good it counts as a good bake. You can always adjust how they look.

    They look good!
    I have made the PERFECT recipe. It tastes and feels just like them. I put it on my bread blog and my friends went nuts over it. My father-in-law eats about 2 baskets (not lying) when we go there. So I dedicated my recipe to him.

    Was the recipe metric or imperial. When you find a recipe that says 3 or 4 cups of flour run!! That will be a bread recipe doomed to fail. Bread recipes should be mesured in grams, not volume

    There’s such a thing as looking TOO good. I prefer slightly misshapen rolls.
