– 1 Egg yolk – 1 Tbsp sugar – ½ Cup Greek Yogurt – 6 Ladyfingers/Savoiardi – 150ml Cold espresso ( or instant coffee mixture) – Unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions: 1. In a bowl, beat 1 egg yolk with a tablespoon of sugar 2. Add ½ Cup Greek Yogurt 3. Mix gently with a spatula 4. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, making sure to coat both sides 5. Arrange three of the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer 6. Spread half of the Greek Yogurt mixture over the ladyfingers 7. Dip the remaining three ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and arrange them in a single layer over the Greek Yogurt mixture 8. Dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder
