With butternut squash, brussel sprouts, chicken, and quinoa.

Lemony hot honey butternut squash:
1. 1 butternut squash
2. Rosemary (optional)
3. Paprika
4. Salt and pepper
5. Hot honey
6. Juice of a lemon
7. Air fry at 390 for 20 minutes

Brussels:
1. Chop in half
2. Salt and pepper, garlic power, onion powder
3. Air fry at 380 for 15 minutes

Chicken breast:
1. Pound evenly
2. Season to your liking
3. Bake in oven at 425 for 30 minutes
4. Cut up into pieces when done

Make quinoa.

Plate quinoa, spring mix, squash, chicken, Brussels, and top with Rosemary Honey Dijon Sauce.

Rosemary honey Dijon sauce:
1. 3 heaping tbsp cottage cheese
2. 1 clove garlic
3. 2 rosemary sprigs
4. Big squeeze of hot honey
5. Big squeeze of Dijon
6. Pepper
7. Water
8. Blend & pour over bowl.
9. Enjoy!
