   Haha I was just about to post this exact sandwich.

   I wish I could get that fried eggplant on everything. I dunno why no other sandwich place fries their eggplant like Defontes.

    Recognized this sandwich immediately, this and the shrimp on Fridays is my go to. I try to direct people who recommend fedoroff’s ( highly overrated imo ) to Defontes
