Please help me identify this meat.

  1. So I wanna try and make that very popular Chinese dish that is the beef stir fry with the onions etc… but the tutorials I see they don’t really specify the meat since they make this a ton on all you can eat restaurants I’m guessing it can’t be that expensive
    Any help/recommendations are greatly appreciated .

    Looks like eye of round based on unique fibres and little pockets of fat.
