A high protein breakfast ๐Ÿ˜Œ

  1. Hard boil 2 eggs
  2. When boiled, peel eggs and chop them up
  3. Add 1-2 tbsp of cottage cheese with eggs
  4. Put it on whole grain toast and top it with green onion, salt and pepper.

I had 2 slices lol I already ate one ๐Ÿ˜‚ and I had some avocado on the side ๐Ÿฅ‘

    Most things I’ve read says that the MD includes celebrating the meal and using pretty plates. You are right there!
