  2. I just made my first one of these the other night (have perfected regular smash burgers, will try to share sometime).

    I honestly liked it more than a regular smash.

    1. The meat juices soak into the onion while it cooks a crispy sear on one side.
    2. Extra juicy because you only really sear one side of the beef. One side is extra crispy, and one side is juicy.
