Worth every penny. Had an amazing experience. Didn’t get a picture of 2 other desserts before the chocolate assortment. They also sent us home with popcorn and a Cat toy for our cat 😂 loved it

This looks amazing! Everything the chef here does looks fantastic not only here but his other restaurants too.

I actually just went yesterday! I had pretty high expectations and I think they were somewhat met but was underwhelmed with a few things.
$375+tax+22% service charge is a bit steep for what you get. We spent about $1300 total for my wife and I with the non-alcohol pairing ($95+tax+service charge) each. At this price, I was surprised they were serving escolar (“white tuna”), which is actually banned to be sold in Japan, and chicken as the main meat course. The chicken course was beautifully prepared but ultimately it’s chicken and parts of the dishes were just downright not very good. The wing was way too salty and the neck dick was almost inedible imo. I’ll give it to them though, the escolar dish was tasty. It just seems a little cheap of them to use escolar when charging this much. I thought the wagyu dish was also too salty and also the meat was such a small piece. The dessert dishes were all underwhelming except for the strawberry kakigori.
The pacing was a bit too slow for me. We got there right on time for an 8:45 reservation (waited in a small room for about 20 minutes) and didn’t leave the restaurant until about 12:30am.
Highlights for me were: the service, the ambiance (not too stuffy and formal), the small bites in the beginning were REALLY good, uni super sweet and top quality, king crab rice dish.
Overall it was an enjoyable experience but I don’t think I’d go again at this price and for a similar menu.
