Why does it not look like a lot when you’re picking?! 😂 I’ve set aside enough for snacking this week, what would you do with what’s left? I thought about freezing, but I’d also love to try a few new recipes!

Happy Mother’s Day 🥰

Dehydrate them. Those three buckets would become about 2/3 of one bucket. Then add them to recipes or just snack on them.

Ice cream or ice blocks 🙂
Smoothies, milkshakes or yogurt are also great.

I just made a cheesecake and bought strawberries to put on top.

Also, side note, your hair is almost the same color as the strawberries and I love it 🍓❤️

Strawberry rhubarb jam is a favorite of ours! We just freeze the excess. It’s excellent swirled into yogurt (especially with hydrated chia seed)!

Cut some up and blend with ice cream. Sooooo good.

We had strawberry shortcake for Mother’s Day.

  7. My bit of advice is do not put any of them in the freezer in an attempt to spread them out. I did that last time I went strawberry picking and the freezer apparently ruins strawberries. So just gorge out on them. They’re deceptively healthy anyway.

I made a strawberry galette one year from pick-your-own strawberries. It was absolutely wonderful, the simple preparation really lets the fruit flavor shine

I recently made strawberry cheese cake no-churn ice cream and it was amazing!

I use [this basic no-churn recipe](https://www.foodiecrush.com/how-to-make-easy-no-churn-ice-cream/) but I skip the vanilla and add a package of cheesecake flavored pudding mix.

And I basically used [this recipe](https://whisperofyum.com/post/no-churn-strawberry-cheesecake-ice-cream/#recipe) for the graham topping and strawberries but, I used a pound of strawberries, I used an immersion blender and added a splash of white wine for good measure.

Personally, I’d just eat them. Fresh strawberries are delicious by themselves. A friend of mine said to wet them and dip in sugar.

  11. Hey! That farm is really close to me. Great place!

  12. I’d be gobbling those in one sitting and wouldn’t give one single fuck about it. If by chance I had some left, I’d make a jam. That’d be it with the jam you could make other things, cake and sweeten some French toast. So much to make, so few strawberries…
