I got board this morning and tried by hand a making pasta. It didn’t go very well.
For context I've never made pasta before and I'm really new to cooking also everything is from scratch.

2ish cups of flower 3 eggs A pinch of salt A splash of olive oil
Sauce 3 tomatoes boiled then tossed in some water so I could mash them up quicker About a spoon full of garlic Half an onion Some Italian seasoning More olive oil Some salt And then I cooked the fuck out of it till it tasted right
