Last night I made this bolognese sauce for the first time! What do you think?

    How’d you make it? What did you use for ingredients?

    From the pic, and it could just be lighting and camera texture, but it looks pretty grainy. Almost like you tried to add some flour into it to thicken it up. There’s too much “mush” not to be rude, but I don’t know what word to use to describe it. Needs some more tomato sauce/crushed tomatoes with liquid, not too much though mind you. You’re close, but not quite there yet.

    Throw it on some tagliatelle and I’d still eat it for sure though….unless you put the flour in there….

  4. It looks good but doesn’t have the textures that I am used to. My Bolognese sauce recipe was given to me by a coworkers grandma in Bologna Italy and it does not look quite the same and yes, it has to simmer for about 4 hours. *Edited to be a more useful response.
