✳️ Ingredients for Chicken:
16oz Diced Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
✳️ Ingredients for Chicken Marinade:
35g or 2tbsp 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
3g or 1.5tsp Black Pepper
2g or 1tsp Garlic Powder
2g or 1tsp Dried Oregano
2g or 1tsp Salt
1g or 1/2tsp Turmeric
✳️ Ingredients for Rice:
300g or about 1 Cup (1.5 servings) Cooked Basmati Rice
2 Garlic Cloves
3g or 1.5tsp Turmeric
1g or 0.5tsp Salt
1g or 0.5tsp Pepper
✳️ Ingredients for White Sauce:
170g or 2/3 Cups 0% Greek Yogurt
8g or 2tsp Erythritol Granular Sweetener (I used Swerve)
1g or 1/2tsp Salt
1g or 1/2tsp Dill
1g or 1/2tsp Parsley
1g or 1/2tsp Garlic Powder
10g or 1tbsp Vinegar
10g or 1tbsp Water
✳️ Ingredients for Lettuce and Tomato:
75g or 0.5 Diced Tomato
50g or 1 Cup Shredded Lettuce
1g or 1/2tsp Salt
✳️ Directions:
1. Grab mixing bowl. Add 16oz diced boneless skinless chicken thighs. Add ingredients for chicken marinade. Mix throughly. Refrigerate for 12+ hours.
2. Preheat pan to medium heat. Add diced and marinated chicken thighs. Cook for approximately 10 minutes while occasionally stirring.
3. Grab another mixing bowl. Add ingredients for white sauce. Mix throughly.
4. Take chicken out of pan and set aside. Add 2 fresh chopped garlic cloves to pan used for chicken. Stir and add the rest of ingredients for rice.
5. Add rice to bottom of container. Add chicken and ingredients for lettuce and tomato. Top with white sauce. Then enjoy!
