Today is my Nan’s 80th birthday. Usually she’s on cake duty. Today, it’s my turn.

Lemon and blueberry cake (recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction) with Edd Kimber’s cream cheese frosting, which I added lemon zest and juice to. I’m always too impatient to do a crumb coat and the frosting was starting to soften whilst smoothing it out, but I’m still pretty happy with the final result.
