Ok mixed results on the bread the previous two posts, and advised eggs should not be a daily thing. Half a bell pepper stuffed with blended together half an avocado, half cup garbanzo beans, 1 tbsp ricotta cheese (for extra creaminess?), garlic and a splash of broth. Olives as topping. How’d I do??

    Multigrain bread is perfectly fine. Ezekiel bread is good and has no added sugar, can be found at most health food stores in the freezer sections. MD isn’t specifically a low carb diet, so don’t be afraid to eat carbs/grains bc a couple extremists commented on your other posts. There are some people on this sub who will just comment and find something wrong with your food no matter what you post, just do your best 👍🏻
