I made this nobake cheese cake last night. As I was making it it looked great, but immediately after adding the two packets of gelatine it looks totally different. What did I do wrong?

    Overheating or overmixing after adding gelatin can cause it to separate and appear curdled. Next time, gently fold in the gelatin mixture without overmixing, and let it chill properly to set.
