Excellent sushi diner at Hakkuko, in Ginza Tokyo.
Next to some greens, and the miso soup at the end, no side dishes. Straight up sushi , done extremely well. The rice was very well balanced and tasteful. Nice little acidic hint to it.
The fish extremely fresh and delicately prepared. The the fish symbols on the menu represent the three tuna sushi, making this 25 courses.
The golden sea bream, monkfish liver, gizzard shad and uni were standouts for me in an amazing dinner. I was clearly full at the end but not uncomfortably so. Good thing we did 15km walking through the city during the day!
