Salmon sorrentinos with béchamel sauce and tomato sauce

    Use the dough for sorrentinos and the filling is salmon and chives.For the béchamel sauce I used butter, flour and milk.
    And for the red sauce I used garlic, onions and tomato puree

    Scrolling by I briefly thought this was some weird crustless pizza abomination. Like I thought it was a puddle of sauce with some cheese and crispy pepperoni on top lol. Very glad to see it’s NOT what that.
