That TVP looks.. odd but very yummy. Dry sautéed onion then water, TVP, spices & peas. Brussel sprouts are amazing btw. Good protein source too. Also this meal feels huge for 333 calories.

    What spices are you using on the TVP? Looks great! Especially the really dark parts on the sprouts, those are the best.
