Ingredients:
Coco powder (unsweetened)
Sugar substitute (I used sugarfree)
Roasted cashews (chopped)
Flour
Ghee
Milk
Vanilla essence

First, add your ghee to the bowl then mix the coco powder. Add some milk, vanilla essence and sugar substitute. Then add flour and make a smooth batter. Add your roasted chopped dry fruits, mix and put it in a container suitable for microwave. Microwave it for 5-6 mins and it's ready. Serve with fruit of your choice and top it up with some crushed oatmeal busicuits because I couldn't find anything to make it look more fancy ๐Ÿ˜›
