Dry aged ribeye

  1. Was in NYC for a few days and checked out Michelin starred Israeli restaurant Shmoné. The dry aged ribeye was disappointing and undersalted to me, also over-charred. The halibut appetizer with tomato and salt was amazing. I unfortunately was too full to try the bagel. There was no tasting menu. The drinks were all superb, and I would gladly order the olive oil washed gin martini again. Overall 3.5/5 stars.
