My son has special needs and absolutely obsesses over cheeseburgers so when he asked for a HUGE “WESTERN” burger BBQ’d for his bday dinner I was all about it. Caramelized onions with mushrooms, garlic, bacon, a little white wine and some fancy black truffle butter I had left over from another meal on top. BBQ’d with thick melted sharp cheddar slabs and an onion ring. Twas amazing! He was stoked so it was more than worth it. Oh and he wanted pesto fries lol.
