Wondering what this means? Is this some Kobe beef jerky of sorts? My sister bought it in Japan trip.

Kobe beef jerky would be a crime against humanity
Marsupialize
It’s basically shredded up Kobe-ish beef to use for whatever dish you want

Usually it is for rice toppings. すき焼き means sweetened soy sauce taste, 淡路玉ねぎ is famous onion that from Awaji-island, famous for it’s sweetness. Hot rice and this, and I would add some scrambled egg, would be great. Soboro そぼろ means meat, stewed until finely chopped, usually soy and sugar(mirin) sake.
