3rd attempt at smash burgers. Crust perfection achieved. Went with a light dressing of ketchup mayo and mustard so as not to take the spotlight off the patties.
Cooked on my propane flat top.

Try an Oklahoma onion burger. Onions and cheese, no sauce. You won’t be disappointed!
