Steakhouse-ish burger with frozen butter shredded into the patties. Cooked to perfection on the cast iron. Toasted Tuxedo Brioche. American cheese. Thinly sliced onion. Burger sauce.

Tasted quite good.

    This reminds me of a burger my cousin made for us one time. Shit was at least 1.3 pounds each, bout 3 inches high, wider than the bun, and good vagina pink in the middle 🤣 it was amazingly bad. Good thing about it, I heard E-40 for the first time that day.

    Seems a bit thick. It looks good but I think I would have just cut it to make a double just because of the cook time.
