    I just have flashbacks of way too floppy crust. I’m sure the toppings taste good, though.

    Rubirosa is awesome. But IMO it has to eaten fresh in the restaurant while it’s still hot. Once it cool’s down, that cracker thin crust turns rock hard and shatters everywhere when you bit into it.
