I cooked a package of baby Dutch gold potatoes and some fresh green beans. (There are more green beans than potato they’re just on the bottom. I have also done this with asparagus and it was equally delicious just blanch the asparagus.) I added half a package of peppered smoked salmon. I’m not sure on measurements. The dressing is just a generous dab of crème fraiche, about one teaspoon of Dijon, around a tablespoon of lemon juice, and tons of chopped dill and parsley. Oh I also threw in a handful of finely chopped red onion for good measure.
