    It’s weird the first photo looks almost blue, second rare and the last almost medium rare.

    The first two pictures look rare but the third looks more medium rare so I’m not sure what to think.

    Yes this is a perfectly rare steak that I would devour within a second because I like my steak rare I like it still mooing at me

    Not sure how you cooked this but you should try the reverse sear method using a thermometer. You can tell that your steak cooked unevenly as some parts are rare and some are blue (im assuming the thicker parts). Reverse sear will bring you steak to temp and start cooking it evenly then all you have to do is finish in a hot skillet.

    I say it’s closer to the medium rare side with the pinkness around the warm red center.
