Fried Rice in less than 10 minutes!

The secret to this fast fried rice recipe is to use left overs! AND use Unagi Sauce (Eel Sauce)!

I keep a variety of veggies chopped in a container for rice, spring rolls, ramen, etc.

-Leftover Turkey Spam
-Leftover Brown Rice
-Leftover Veggies: Baby Bok Choy, Red Bell Pepper, Corn, Purple Cabbage
-Unagi (Eel) Sauce
-Sesame Oil or Perilla Oil
-optional: Eggs, Chives

Heat your pan over medium heat, add in your leftovers and cook through. Stir so it cooks evenly.

Add in the Unagi Sauce for a quick salty, savory, sweet sauce. Stir through to let it coat and caramelize onto the rice and veggies.

Turn off the heat and stir in Sesame Oil or Perilla Oil.

Top with optional marinated eggs and chives and enjoy!
