    Got a crock pot? I’d throw that bad boy in with some sautéed onions and lightly fried potato chunks and let er rip on high for 2 hours then knock it back to low for another 3-4… Pull that bad boy out and make some bomb fuggin gravy outta the drippings..

    Looks like you got a giant piece of chuck! You can cut off thin slices and make decent steak or you can make roasts. Orrrrr if you have a slicer you can do jerky but it’s pretty fatty so take that with a grain of salt. 👍 when you cut it you’re going to want to cut where your knife is to the left.

    There’s some good videos on how to break down whole chuck rolls. Denver steaks, Sierra steak (kinda like a flank steak). Rib steaks, chuck roasts,stew meat. I love getting em cheap and filling my freezer

    Cut it in 6 or 8 chunks. If you have an instant pot, set it on “meat”, (natural release) adding some stock, or water. If it’s not tender, run it through the same cycle again. You’ll have lots of tender, shredded beef, for lots of dishes. Season as desired .

    If it was me, I’d make pulled barbecue. Lazy way to do this is just buy a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s (or any brand will do) and put it in the crock pot on low all day. Like 10-12 hours. After cooking that long, it’ll fall apart at the touch of a fork
