After many “oh no! Help” canning posts and research, I canned for the first time! Tomato soup and then (in a separate session) raw tomatoes. All the seals held up well! Much more time consuming than I initially anticipated, but also much more satisfying and fun! There’s something really awesome about being able to make your own food shelf-stable!     just want to check that you followed proper headspace prior to processing, the quart jars look like they had a lot of air.
