Grinded up my own beef (chuck short rib, sirloin, and a rib eye for fun)
Threw on American cheese, made myself a burger sauce, topped with raw onion and went to town.
I’ll be doing this again.

Hell yeah. Next time you should try tapering out the edges a bit as you smash to make them a bit thinner than the centers. They get all lacy and extra crispy, and when the cheese melts down into them, it’s just perfection.

Huh. I once had this attachment and it ruined my KitchenAid. It couldn’t deal with anything that was not 100% muscle. I use a separate grinder now.
