    Ingredients

    500g prawns

    Appropriate amount of scallions, ginger and garlic

    3 spoons of tomato sauce

    2 spoons of cooking wine

    2 spoons of soy sauce

    Appropriate amount of sugar

    Steps

    Step 1

    Cut the shrimp whiskers and pick out the shrimp thread; mince the scallions, ginger and garlic and set aside.

    Step 2
