Iβll probably get downvoted but I donβt think this is the sub youβre looking for. This isnβt about diet accountability. MD is not about counting calories. Especially since you already shared an identical meal.

This isnβt screaming Mediterranean diet to me. No whole grains. No βhealthyβ fats. No plant based protein.
I am not a fan of the I threw feta on my plate so it must be Mediterranean version. You would be better served with a plate with eggs or legumes, some avocado, some tomatoes, and some greens. And hit the same macros with improved nutrient density.
As for keeping your blood sugar balanced, you donβt have the fats and protein on your plate to balance out all the fruit which runs a bit higher on the glycemic index.
Good on getting produce servings in. But not sure this meal is really hitting the MD notes.

Oooof way too much natural sugar in all that fruit AND no protein, whole grains, or healthy fats? Couldn’t be me. I can hear that apple crying for peanut or almond butter from here!
