    I have a coping playlist too, but it’s more for when I have panic attacks about my future, rather than the horrors of my past (I just repressed those demons).

    Creating things is a good way to process tricky emotions. I’ve certainly done it before then the moment passes by and you forget that you almost reached out because you were enveloped in your task. Hope you can rest your mind easier now.
