You may remember me for church basement coffee post in r/coffee that included egg, and it was controversial, so i present to you way less controversial pine forest coffee, a perfect image that makes you think "Damn a bripe was not that bad" and " Holy hell man just use an aeropress".
The setup includes
1zprezzo jx pro grinder
flair espresso pro 2
bellman standalone steam wand
fire maple kettle
double gas stove
-lower part of moka pot that perfectly fits flair brew head
- random aliexpress coffee scales that do the job just fine but i should really replace with mechanical scales to really dig that overcomplicated feeling in
The workflow is simple, i just fill bellman and kettle with sufficient amount of water, put them both on stoves fire them up on random heat praying i choose correct amount of heat so that i have some time until it all starts to boil and pshshhhhhh, while they're on it i grind and temp the coffee, by that point water is near boiling point in kettle and steam is almost up to pressure in bellman, i put upper part of flair brew head in moka pot base, small hole up and steam it from the inside until it's 95° because flair temperature management is pain, then quickly assemble flair add boiling water, pull the shot and switch off both stoves cause bellman is about to explode at this point and valve is fully open, i let bellman purge a little while putting milk in the pitcher, then comes the easiest part of whole process, just normally steaming milk like a normal person, then adding it to previously pulled espresso. "But this is just normal cappucino" you may think, but consider, isn't it wonderful that you may combine dangers of pressurised vessels, overheated steam and hot liquids with being surrounded by mosquitoes and tons of pine pollen? That's right.
