That’s yuzu shichimi togarashi, a 7-spice mix with dried yuzu. I’m not entirely sure what you meant by ‘yuzu-based togarashi.’ Could it be that you were referring to yuzu kosho? It’s a fermented paste made from togarashi, yuzu citrus peel, and salt.

ゆず入り七味 is seven-spice containing yuzu (yuzu being the citrus element). It’s delicious!
Togarashi is hot pepper 🌶️, so if you ask for “yuzu based togarashi”, this is probably what would be understood.
Yuzu koshou is hot sauce (regional specialty of Kyushu).
