Malikah a non-profit in Astoria, Queens that specializes in safety and empowerment for women is hosting its second market on Steinway Street in 2 months. This event is set to be exciting with the presence of food vendors, merch vendors, henna, and performers. As someone who attended the first event in April, I can guarantee that this one will be just or even more successful. The last event had over 5,000 attendees and was mentioned by multiple news outlets. The event will be on June 8th from 1 pm to 6 pm on Steinway Street between 28th AVE and 25th AVE.
