    I will never understand why to shred the lettuce. So why??? Why not just a simple leaf? Looks better and isn’t a mess while eating.

    So much extra seasoning and “stuff” going on here… pretty sure it would taste the same no matter what meat was used.

    Let the meat speak for itself…or at least get a word in.

    Awesome cook. I want to know more about the meat. Did you hunt it? Did you grind it yourself? Is it leaner than beef? How does that affect the cook? Etc
